Sims 4 Crashing

I bought a brand new PC and downloaded The Sims, every time I open the game it plays for about a minute and then crashes. EA app says it's an error on their end. Can anyone please help? Attached i...

Mckduff07 Thanks for the dxdiag, which lists a pile of crashes of the graphics driver. So please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, as described here:

Use the newest driver Nvidia offers for your GPU, which you can get here:

https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/
