Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.

I've already disabled custom content and gone into setting to disable any I might have forgotten......still no joy. Thank you though.

  Could you try removing the entire folder with mods? Just place it on your desktop and test.

    The mods folder is completely empty....I'm in the process of going through Sims4 at the moment and removing some of my 'ongoing' families as i'm at a total loss as to what to do. The toddler package has never worked properly with all 'choices' being balnk and having to remember where they are after chosing a few times. Thank you again for the reply.
