sims 4 delivery error

@bev6usa  Please try pausing OneDrive syncing.  Right-click the little cloud icon in the lower-right corner of the screen, and you'll see the option to pause syncing for a certain amount of time.  Even two hours is enough to test whether you can download the Sims Delivery content.

If that doesn't help, please post a screenshot of the error you're seeing, including the full error code.
