sims 4 dine out bug

I had base game with dine out. One of my sims owned a restaurant and it was running smoothly and then the update came. After that, every time I open the restaurant, the chefs stand outside the restau...

I didn't check all restaurants. I only owned one restaurant. I will check to see if the restaurant have all required equipment. Thanks.
