@TheDiscoTimelord Did you at one point have an EA Play subscription, and if so, did it expire recently?
Please also go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and look for a refund, full or partial, for Get to Work. You may need to go back to around the time of the original purchase. Let me know what you find.

I don't know what EA Play is.
I just have an EA account for Spore, Alice: Madness Returns and Sims4.
Everything else is on Steam (nothing linked to EA though).
Sims4 is the only game acting up though.

Sorry and no refunds have happened or anything. All items are actually listed as owned, but not there in game.
The last thing I bought was wedding stories when it came out so it's not like I've bought anything recent, which is why it's so surprising.
@TheDiscoTimelord Please run a search for EP01 , which is the folder for Get to Work. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP01 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.
