Sims 4 DLC Not Showing On New PC

Hello! I have spoken with the EA support team several times and have not received any resolution yet, after tonight's attempt the rep told me they were forwarding this to another team as a bug and to make a post on the forum for a resolution. I purchased several DLC packs from Amazon for Sims 4 and installed and played on my old PC, i have since upgraded machines and when I log into my account none of the packs I purchased are showing up and when I put in the codes it is stating redeemed already but can't locate. I have never had another account for when it was still EA/Origin but now am unable to access all of the things I paid for.  These were not recent purchases but from several years ago.

    Hey Jade2651​ , make sure you are not using a different account that only contains the free version of Sims 4 , sometimes that can lead to a confusion since you see the game on your account but not the DLCs. In 99% of those cases, players are logged in to a second account they didn't know they have. 

    If you don't remember where the DLC have been registered, the agents at EA Help should be able to locate the account if you give them one of the product codes that you have redeemed, those are attached to indivudual accounts so the team will be able to track it down.
