Sims 4 DLC removed from account

So, my sims 4 addon (Cats & Dogs) got removed for suspected fraudulent activity. But I paid for it so I don't understand why they would remove it like that. My only guess is that when Origin moved over to EA that same addon got removed from the files and then I had to buy it again (which I did so recently due to finances). Maybe because I had to buy it twice because it got removed? I tried repairing the Sims but that didn't work, and I don't have the money to buy the pack again. I just want to know what to do because I don't want to make things worse.

    I'm afraid we don't have access to your account or billing details here on the forums, so we wouldn't be able to look into this with you to see why the pack was removed from your account.

    I previously bought the Sims 4 pack Cats and Dogs and enjoyed my time with it. I didnt play the Sims for like a week, so when I went back to it, it would keep giving me an error that my pack didn't install correctly. With this frustration, I took a break from playing completely. Now, when I tried once again to play it, it says that I need to purchase the pack and shows as if I never had it. I checked my order history and it shows that I did buy it. There's this icon too on my EA app that says they removed my pack? What do I do??
