Hi, so since yesterday I've had issues with launching the game, and I've tried so many things that I actually reinstalled my whole game.
Putting -dx9 in properties works, and my drivers are up to date, HOWEVER, I cannot launch the game with saves, tray or mods. No matter which one, it won't launch at all.
I literally don't want to lose my 10 years of saves to start again, I simply cannot fathom starting from scratch.

You can write [username] instead of your actual username, but leave the rest intact.
Please also let me know whether your antivirus lists any recent Sims 4-related actions. If it does, you can whitelist/exclude the game, or you can temporarily disable the AV as a test. As long as you don't do anything else as the same time, your computer should be safe; just remember to reenable it afterwards. The fact that the DX9 version works may be AV-related, as the two versions use different executables and therefore look like different applications.

I've checked and nothing seems out of the ordinary with the antivirus, it was stated that a quick checkup was done and everything, and it seemed fine.
Kxndergarten Just a thought, but are you putting back individual files or the folders they're in? If you've been using the folders, try the files instead, for example one save in the new saves folder the game creates.
Aside from that, please try playing in a new admin Windows account. Make it local, as in, not linked to your Microsoft account or any email address. Give the account a generic name with only standard characters (e.g. Test), no special characters or accents. Try to play there, first with no content, then with one of your saves, then with a freshly-download mod if the save works.
