Sims 4 DLC stuck on preparing

Hey Simmers, I recently purchased a bundle on the EA app for my Sims 4 game but I can't seem to get Werewolves and Growing Together to download .I've cleared the cache and restarted my laptop several times and it still just says "Preparing" but never does anything else. Has anyone else experienced this?

I just downloaded get together and it downloaded fine. I also got the free sims 4 holiday celebration, but it is stuck on preparing. It has been like this for awhile now. How do I stop it or fix it? I cant open my game☹️

So, I just purchased the vintage glamour and the crystal creations pack but they won't download just an infinite preparing to download bar, not sure of what to do to be able to play?  

I tried to download the werewolves expansion pack for the sims 4 and it has been saying in queue and preparing for hours. Does anyone know a fix for this? I went into settings and enabled background downloads, and nothing happened. It won't let me cancel or pause the download either. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

I am  having troubles with that free download. i don't have the pet game, and with that download stuck i can't even play that game now. i cleared my 

cache on my computer i restarted the app i even did the app recovery and sign out and back in.. what next to do since ea not helping maybe someone out there can

I'm on PC and the EA app will NOT install My Wedding Stories...I don't even care about having it, but it CONSTANTLY says it's downloading and it won't stop. I've exited out of the app, logged out, restarted my computer, etc...it won't let me pause or stop the download either. I just want to play Sims but it won't even let me do that!

Sims 4 I have base game and several packs.

Recently I purchased three kits... one, the greenhouse kit, downloaded without incident. But now the Castle kit is stuck in "preparing" to download without ever progressing. I also purchased a Goth Galore kit which can't download because it is in line behind the castle kit.

Now I can''t get those 2 to download and also I can't get them to pause or stop, even though i have restarted my computer several times. . So they are constantly in progress but not getting anywhere and I cannot play Sims 4 at all!

Hello I try to install a pack named "jungle adventure" i am not sure if it is called like that in english.. for the sims.. it wont install it does nothing i tried clearing the cache restart and all that but it wont work. i cant stop the download , been waiting for 5-6 hours now...
