Sims 4 DLC wont work EA account connected to steam

Hello so awhiel back i connected my EA account to steam. It has been wroking fine for months but all the sudden i downloaded some new free stuff on marketplace and my game started being buggy so i rpaied everything restarted the works. Now my DLC says its owned but no where to install on steam (the buttoin is not anwhere on the screen to install)  in the sims app. The EA game says they are all installed but whe  i load sims none of them are. I dont know whats going on but my accounts wont connect even though they are linked and my DLCs wont work. Please help.
