Sims 4 documents folder
I've been trying to change my document folder (which has the sims 4 folder) to a drive with more space, which in the same drive has my downloads and won't let me move the document folder into the sam...

@Kat21babe This is the usual way to move Documents to another drive:

If that's not working for you, please let me know what happens when you try it. (A screenshot would be helpful.) If a folder is too large to move, you could always move some of the files inside manually, then try again, although that shouldn't really be an issue.
this is what i tried and this happened
@Kat21babe You need to create a Documents folder on E, then choose that folder as the location for Documents. (Look at the location listed in the screenshot in step 6 of the tenforums.com guide.) Simply redirecting the contents of Documents to the root folder of your E drive, not within another folder, will create a mess and may well cause system issues, since other programs might not be able to identify the Documents directory at all.
