Rymdelefant It sounds like you've been using the email option for help, whereas you'd likely have more success with the live chat option. It doesn't show for all categories of issue, so you might need to look around a bit. I found live chat just now by choosing Sims 4 > (see all) > "I need help loading my game." The chat option is buried under some help articles.
Please set your location in the browser window to U.S. or U.K., as that will give you the best chance at finding the live chat option.
