Sims 4 dynamic library rld.dll error(E0)

every single time i try to start the sims 4 it says- The Dynamic library "rld.dll" failed to intialize(E0) any solution??

Ok I got that same problem but I got it for free how do I fix now. Please Help.

    What did you get for free ? The game ? That is stealing and can get you in big trouble.
