Sims 4 ERROR- Invalid License. what does that mean and what do i do??

Hello I called Ea today with an error installing my sims 4 game and they told me to uninstall and reinstall sims 4 and origin which i did and it installed perfectly but when i press play it comes u...

@KitKatCaity Hey, please try the steps below.

1. Go to .
2. Click red download button
3. Select vcredist_x86.exe and click next.
4. Double click the downloaded file from your browser downloads and proceed with the installation. 
5. Check the game again. If the issue persists, complete steps 1to 4 again, but this time choose vcredist_x64.
