All the event rewards I had obtained from the Happy at Home, Reaper's Rewards, and Cozy Celebrations have all vanished from my game.

I recently connected my steam account to my EA account. After logging onto the game i got a notification that "some items have been deleted", and after a few minutes of playing i realized that all the items that were rewards from the reaper's event (which i completed fully) are gone and i can't get them in any way. All gone

Recently, all my Sims 4 saves were deleted, so I started a new save and noticed while looking for event items that they weren't there. I was looking for the game console only to see it missing. I had completed all the past events, but they're not there, only the one they added in the update that one time. I thought they were being linked to our EA accounts after the first event? Is there anything I can do to solve my issue

I completed the blast from the past event, but whenever I delete any cache files, all of the rewards disappear from my game. At first, restoring the old cache files restored the rewards, but now even that's not working. I haven't touched my "accountDataDB.package" file which I was told is where all the rewards are stored.
I added a screenshot to show that they don't come up when i filter all my in game objects by event rewards.
EDIT: I just checked again with no mods and cc, and the rewards are there. But then I tried removing only my mods and then only my cc, and they disappear with both. it seems like something about having a modded game is conflicting with the rewards, even though I haven't changed anything about my mods folder and it was working fine when I was playing earlier today
SECOND EDIT: I tired to create a new sims 4 folder and the rewards came back, but when I tried to add back my tray and saves, they disappeared. So I removed my saves and tray and they are still gone.
