Sims 4 expansion pack is nowhere to be found.

Hi, I just bought the City Living expansion pack for PC and used the activation code to redeem it on EA's website.

After successfully activating it, I launched the EA App, but it wasn't listed under add-ons. I almost simultaneously bought and activated the Blooming Rooms kit, and that one did appear and was downloaded into the game.

When in the game's world map, and the in-game DLC list, City Living does appear as owned by me, but not in the EA App, hence why I can't install and play it.

I tried clearing the cache, and restarting my PC. I tried checking in the App in the game management menu under add-ons, I tried activating the code again, but nothing seems to work.

I contacted support, and even though they are friendly, they constantly sent me to a different support agent, but none seemed to understand the issue I tried to convey. They seem to think I can't download it because I can't navigate the menu, but I can't download it because it isn't listed in the menu. (it is listed in-game).
