Sims 4 Expansion packs disappear when in offline mode

@Rushidarose99 When you say you cleared the cache, did you clear it specifically for Origin? If not, please try that now:

But you'll need to go back online the first time you launch the game after clearing the cache. It's fine to load to the Main Menu, then quit and go back offline; the point is to be online at least once in-game. If you did clear Origin's cache and didn't launch the game while online afterwards, please do so.
You can also try using the EA App instead. Installing it will uninstall Origin, but if you want, you can download Origin again from here:
