Sims 4 Expansion Packs Not Showing in game!!!
So I just repaired my EA app since Sims 4 will not start on my pc. Since then, I've finally launched my game, but none of my expansion packs are recognized. I've tried everything from: repairing the game in the EA app; clearing the cache; letting it run as an administrator; and even doing the app recovery running as an administrator. Every time I try to play my household it says I need those packs. I'm completely broke and I don't have the money to pay for them all over again. I just wanted to relax and play Sims but lately, this is stressing me out. I moved from console to pc to see if it was better but no. The EA app barely works for me on my pc. I always have to restart my computer after cutting it on. I don't know if it's my antivirus software or if I need to take a break from playing this game. I know we just had a patch update. Can anyone help me?
@Neese2297 Did you ever buy the packs for PC as well? It sounds like you have since the EA App thinks you own them, but I'm just checking in case something else is going on. If you do in fact own the packs for Windows though, you probably have this issue:
