Are you using mods in your game ? If so, please remove them
See this for more information: [PLEASE READ] Usage of Mods and Custom Content
Hello there,
I had the same error and had to move a bunch of my cc out of my mods folder to find out what's causing this. Turns out it was the MC Command and Wicked Woohoo, Idk if you have it or not but when I moved this out of my Mods folder, everything saved just fine. The error is gone. Hope it'll work for you.

When can I put the mods back?
You need to update the broken mods, try contacting the maker of the mod.

Just had the same problem and found out my WICKED WIMS mod was out of date. It all makes sense now because I had just updated my game and loaded it up and played for an hour not thinking to test any of my mods xD OOPS

Hi!
Are you using any mods or cc in your game?Try to remove them and see if the game works better.
For example, move the mods folder from C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to your Desktop and start the game. I’ve seen you post this response on a lot of topics but I don’t ever see what to do if the cc is not the issue. I’ve removed my cc folder and desired the game and I boot the game up. I play my ugly cc-less naked sims for a sim day or so and I try to save and I STILL have the error. So what then???
