Guide: How to get your missing DLCs working | Deactivated DLCS

I made this step by step guide for players who have their DLC packs showing as "Deactivated",

This is a video which is designed to help The Sims 4 players who have recently discovered that one or more of their DLC's, Stuff Packs has been disabled. Steam will say you never bought it, EA App will say its there and installed. It wont show up in game. No need to buy it again, just activate it - here is how!
