Sims 4 failure to launch.

I played all day yesterday, saved my game then had to close my laptop. Then when I reopened my screen was white so I had to force close it.

I tried to reopen just to check on my game, and everytime I open sims 4 it flashes a white screen.

(There was a couple times it looked to start to load but then stopped)

I’ve done the following:

Cleared cache

Repaired the game

Restarted my computer

Updated my computer

Uninstalled the game then reinstalled

I even moved my EA folder to my desktop to create a new one

I did have one drive storage issues but I fixed that

I also don’t use mods or cc.

EA support suggested I post here since they cant help me any further
