@jenroset  This issue is usually caused by an outdated UI Cheats mod.  Remove it or get an updated version, but please test at least once without it installed, to confirm that it is in fact the source of the error.  If it's not, you'll need to test your other mods too.

This can only be fixed by the mod creator.  EA doesn't put any effort into making mods compatible with the game; that's the creators' job.

I took my mods folder out and it has worked. Can they please just update when it's fixed because no offense, but this game is literally not fun without mods.
