Sims 4 Freezing on Sims 4 logo startup

Hi. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. The first time I just had to remove all cc, and it worked fine. Today i was playing Sims 4 and my stupid refrigerators weren't working. ( This happens very often) So I saved and exited and now It stops responding when I try to start it up. I have tried EVERYTHING. I have no cc, I've cleared the cache, I've restarted my pc, I've tried to fix it, I've tried going offline on origin, I've even re installed it. Nothing is working!

    I fixed this myself by doing a clean restart. It works now!
