So basically, since this new update, my sims cannot use their fridge that one of them unlocked (legitimatley) through the culinary career. They can click on it, but they cannot get leftovers or prepare meals with it. Hopefully someone has a resolution 🙂
Try repairing the game through Origin
Hi Crin, so unfortunatley it didn't work, and it doesn't work with any fridge i've realized... Shame, because my game can't really go on if my sims die of starvation. Thanks anyway...
For some reason, what you suggested really helped. Although, ive put all of the folders back in that were previously there. Maybe it was a cache error or something, in my old folder I have heaps of exception files in there, maybe they are outlining why they couldnt use the fridge. Thanks again...
Yes, it seems to be a corrupt cache file causing this.
