Sims 4 Gallery Is Not Working

I had the same problem you are having, I contacted EA, showed them the picture you posted and they were able to fix it. Here is the conversation we had......

you: restarting computer. closing sims and origin, then restarting. closing sims and origin (also loging out) then opening them back up by running as administrator. repairing sims 4 thn trying to re load game. in sims game clicking allow online content, apply, click again, apply.
