Sims 4 Gallery Won't Load

@kreatora Doing the clean boot and manually uninstalling Origin seems to have helped a little. The game will now load the gallery pictures but in order to get it to do so, I have to scroll down a few rows and then scroll back up repeatedly in order for most of the gallery objects to load their pictures. Also, even if the gallery pictures do happen to load up, when I click on one of the items it stays stuck loading or a popup comes up saying that the gallery couldn't find that item. I'm not good at explaining so I took a video of what I'm describing: https://youtu.be/pkxNvCsZT6o?t=10
