Sims 4 Game Blurry

Question

In all of my Sims 4 games, all of the graphics are blurry. This has started since the last update. I've tried everything, from changing the graphic settings and rebooting my PC. But nothing works. Is anybody else experiencing this issue? Help?

It's 2018 and I'm having this exact same problem I tried everything you can imagine. and not only that the dishwasher says there is no dirty dishes when there is when i select it for them to load the dishwasher the area is grayed out. and some townies pants are not on i took them out them placed them back in the game and their pants come off again. This is so aggravating.

Could you post your specs for the blurry graphics your seeing and maybe a picture ?Are you using any custom content or mods in your game ?
