sims 4 game dissapired off my acc

hi so i had sims 4 sence it first came out and played it like a mad man then took a 2-3 year brake but i just recently remebered i had it and i some how got back onto my ea acc but when i tryed to play sims (i have a physical copy) it said i needed to enter the code again or swich to the acc i was currently on and tryed switching accs but it was an endless loop so i looked to see if it was in the my game libraray but it was gone no where to be seen so i tryed looking around the house to try and find the code but its gone i tryed looking around for answers but none matched my situation so is there a way to find my code on my computer (pc) if i have a physical copy and it was downloaded on origin but just dissapired
