Sims 4 Game failed to load: error code 120

When I try to play the SIMS 4, I get 'game failed to load' and an error code, 120:17427322930485657847:62303770668011254291 re-launching the game does not work, what can I do?  I have a very upset ...

Are you sure it's 120 and not 102 or 122 ?

Were you ever able to play ?

    No I was never allowed to play
