lots are empty

i am having an issue with the game in the maps shows all the lots whenever i travel/visit to anotber lot or a lot that is already made by game like bars it shows in map but when i visit the lot is empty i report it with EA already and they said they will look into it but i wanted to know as well if someone else is having this issue
