Sims 4 Game Not in Saving State HELP!

Hello,

I'm hoping someone can give me some advice. I've read so many forums on how to fix the issue, but have yet to resolve the issue.

When I downloaded the recent DLC, the next time I launched the game I received the code 0 error. I couldn't find the solution, but now my game states its not in a saving state. I'm unsure how to fix this. I really need the help. I attempted to resolve the issue but I'm still unable.

    @SistaMIA  Yes, if you exit while in CAS, I believe you'll see that message.  The question is, if you actually try to save, while in live mode, can you save your progress?  If not, what message do you see: this one or a different one?

    I’m not attempting to save in CAS this is the pop-up I receive when exciting the game. 

    Is this a general statement that displays in CAS?

    I appreciate your help. The game is working fine now. I’m able to save, I’m no longer receiving code 0 error either.

    @SistaMIA Hello, did you figure out what to do? I’m in the same position currently and i restarted my game and also “deleted” the local thumbs cache package and it still hasn’t worked or saved when i am in cas

    @IgorDonut  You can't save while in CAS.  This is by design.  If you're having a different issue as well, please describe it.
