Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Unable to Start, Initialization Error

firstly, i had an issue where it said 'failed to launch game An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later'. then, when i deleted and redownloaded the game i got a new error initialization error at start up:

i've already tried repairing the game, restarting my device, running in administrator mode, clearing cache with app recovery, what else can i do? the issue has been around for a few days now
