maddienozomi What happens when you try to launch it: do you see an error message, or does a window open briefly, or nothing at all? If you get an error, please post a screenshot.
Please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
The EADesktop.exe file should be here:
C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop
when I launch it, a small box that says “preparing game” pops up, and then EA closes completely. Then a few seconds later, it reopens on my library where the sims 4 is located. It seems like an error message appeared at the top of the window, but it refreshes and disappears too quickly for me to be able to read what it says.
