Please check if the expansion in located in Origin, follow these steps:
- Go to 'Game Library' in Origin
- Right click 'The Sims 4' and choose 'Game Details
A overlay moves in
- Have a look under the 'Extra Content' tab
There should all your Game Pack, Stuff packs and expansions packs show up.
See if Get to Work is there, if so install it through there.
