Sims 4 Get to Work Greyed Out in "My Packs," no content showing in game

Are you on a mac or on a PC ?

Could you post a picture of how GTW shows in your library ? Just upload to some file sharing site and post the link here.

      But that doesn't really show grayed out to me.

      Could you check the following folder: programs(x86)\Origin_Games\thesims4 (path may vary depending on your installation) and see if it has a EP01 folder and if that has content.

        Oh, I tried taking a screenshot of how it shows up in my packs, but it wouldn't let me for some reason.

        I checked the program files like you said and all the files for EP01 are there.
