I'm on a PC. Here's the link for how it looks in my Origin library --> http://www.mediafire.com/view/rlatvke4xrarrj5/Origin.png
But that doesn't really show grayed out to me.
Could you check the following folder: programs(x86)\Origin_Games\thesims4 (path may vary depending on your installation) and see if it has a EP01 folder and if that has content.

Oh, I tried taking a screenshot of how it shows up in my packs, but it wouldn't let me for some reason.
I checked the program files like you said and all the files for EP01 are there.

Hi, you mention clearing registry, can I check what steps were taken, and did you use ccleaner?

Do you have another machine available that you can log in and test with? If so, and it works fine - I suspect it will - can you try copying over the Sims 4 folder from Origin Games and see if anything changes?

I used ccleaner just like the tutorial said, and I deleted the origin files in the registry (regedit). It has to be something with that specific computer, because I downloaded the game on my laptop and it loads just fine.
