11 years agoHi, you mention clearing registry, can I check what steps were taken, and did you use ccleaner?

Do you have another machine available that you can log in and test with? If so, and it works fine - I suspect it will - can you try copying over the Sims 4 folder from Origin Games and see if anything changes?

I used ccleaner just like the tutorial said, and I deleted the origin files in the registry (regedit). It has to be something with that specific computer, because I downloaded the game on my laptop and it loads just fine.
