Sims 4 Get to Work missing

I updated my game and went to go open up a save and it’s says require get to work but I’ve bought it before which is why I was already able to play with it and when I try to go to ea it says I have to purchase it when I’ve already purchased it before

ive done all the troubleshooting and still no show

    Hello shanananagains2​ 

    It sounds like you were accessing Get to Work through an active EA Play membership- please look over the order history on your account to verify if you're seeing a separate purchase for Get to Work, or if you were only accessing this pack through an EA Play membership.

    I had gotten the GET TO WORK expansion yesterday for my wife and she was playing with it for hours and now this morning when she got on to play. it says we dont have it anymore and we have to buy it once more. why is this happening. we literally have it still downloaded
