Re: Sims 4 Get to Work missing

My Sims 4 Get to Work expansion pack vanished from my EA App library yesterday. It shows as unowned even though I’ve had it for years and was playing it as recently as the day before yesterday. EA help chat said it “expired,” but I have never had EA Play or any subscription, and they confirmed that. This was a permanent purchase made years ago, back when the EA app was still Origin. I remember when I bought it. It was on sale and I was very excited as I had wanted it for a while.

What I’ve tried

Confirmed I’m on the correct EA account
Cleared EA App cache and restarted
Reinstalled Sims 4 and the EA app
Contacted EA Help several times.

Proof

Screenshots of the pack installed and playable since Feb 2025
Save files with Get to Work that will be corrupted if I play them without it
EA App folder still contains EP01 files

Please escalate this to the Entitlements Team. This appears to be the known “missing DLC / expired license” issue that other players have reported on this forum e.g. threads from 2023–2025
