Sims 4 Granite Falls is not visible after download

I bought the expansion Outdoor Retreat. It does show up in Origin under the my games tab, and the new items/clothes etc are available to play. However, the Granite Falls area does not show up in game in the manage worlds section. It seems to be just the world area that is not visible at all. Previously it was there, but locked and available to buy. Now it is simply not there at all. I have since made a fresh install onto a different pc and the same problem persists. I do not have any game mods.

    Could you maybe share a screenshot of your world selector (when you are on the map, in the left corner).
    Can you go on a vacation with your Sim? (through the phone)

    @judahc6 Sounds like a corruption of the save. Could you try a new save for testing purposes to see if it works there ?

    Just click new game on the main page. You will start at 0 with the new save. This is just for testing though. If it's a save corruption issue, you probably can't travel in that save. I don't know of any way to fix the broken world

    @crinrict I'm having the same issue I don't know how to fix it HELP I tried what you recommended, but it didn't work! what should I do?
