Sims 4 Granite Falls Unusable

When I try to go to the destination world there is a yellow triangle and it says the world is unusable because there are no rental units. Then it continues to say to change lot back into rental unit to use world, but I haven't been in the world yet to even change the lot type. Pleas help it only works when I remove all of my CC and mods, but I already deleted 85% of my cc and I don't want to play Sims without the mods and cc.

    @Woahitslese 

    Since you have already determined that one or more of your Mods/CC causes it you just have to figure out which one(s). To that end remove all and then start adding them back a little at a time while testing the game until you have found all that are broken.
