"Server error cannot process gallery request"

So I've been having a bit of an issue. I can't save my lots to the gallery. I can favourite and save others lots, but not the ones I've build or just are in the world.

I've been chatting with someone from EA about this and it seems like my save files became corrupted because of the recent update. So all my progress is probably gone. It feels horrible, knowing how much time I've put in this game is now just gone. 

Do any of you know what else I could do??
