Sims 4 Graphics Error (HP Spectre 2020)

Hey guys!! So I just bought the brand new HP Spectre 15.6 inch laptop, and it runs the sims beautifully the only issue I’m concerned about is that when I first opened the game is stated: “Unrecognized Video Card: Your video card was not found in our database. Your graphics settings have been set as high as possible, but you may wish to reduce them if you are experiencing poor performance.” It still runs the game, I’m just worried that one day it will crash. I also looked up a list of all the cards the sims has in its database and mine isn’t in it (mine is a NIVIDIA GeForce MX330). How can I get my card added? Thank you!!

@caraglassmen  Thanks so much for letting me know.  I always hope that things work out for the people who ask for advice, but I don't often hear back, so it's great to know your laptop is working out so well.

Hey! First i want to thank you for your help. Im not sure if here is the right place to ask your help, but if you can help me i will be very grateful. I wanted to delete one mod to install a new one and by mistake i delete everything not in mods folder but in sims folder in electronic arts. After i turn on my game i received message that my graphic card is no longer connected with sims and i will lose all the settings or something like this. The message disappeared very fast and i didnt read it well but the result was that my game is awful like graphic. The walls and furnitures looks like I've painted them. The same is with sims, all hands and legs have edges and nothing look natural. Dont have idea what i did and how to fix it. I delete couple of times all the game and install it again, check my configurations in options but cant fix the mess that i made. Do you have any idea what can be the problem and how to fix it? Thank you very much!

@ETOUNES1004  Do you have a preferred price range?  It looks like most of the laptops aren't currently available, but among the ones that are, this is the first good option:

    https://electrotounes.tn/pc-portable-asus-expertbook-b1400-i5-11g%C3%A9n-8go-256go.html

It should be able to run all Sims 4 packs together on medium-high or high graphics settings.  It doesn't have a lot of storage, but 256 GB is certainly enough to hold Sims 4 and all your user content.

Alternately, if you can find a Windows 10 key cheap—you only need the key itself, so don't worry if it comes with a very old install medium—this option would work too:

You'd need to install Windows yourself, but that's quite simple if you have at least temporary access to a computer that already runs Windows as well as a USB stick (at least 32 GB) you don't mind erasing.  On the other hand, if the Windows key costs as much as the difference between this laptop and the first one, it's probably not worth it to get the cheaper option.

The proper gaming laptops, capable of running Sims 4 on ultra settings, are significantly more expensive, for example this one:

It's actually overkill for Sims 4; if you could find an option somewhere with an Nvidia 1650, that would still handle ultra settings and possibly be a lot cheaper.

If you have more questions, please feel free to ask.
