It sounds like there may be an issue with your Growing Together entitlement on your account that we'll need the live support team to look into a bit further- here on AHQ we wouldn't have access to your specific account details to investigate into this.

- 2 years ago@EA_Solaire Hey thanks for your reply! I reached out to EA support and they just sent me a link on how to download the game which or course I already know how to do. Then when I clicked the case button it just sent me to some self help pages and then I couldn’t continue so I’ve opened another case and asked them to sort it their end as it isn’t an issue with anything I am doing. I’m not really sure what else I can do.
It is very stressful as there is not a direct line to actually speak to someone for help.- puzzlezaddict2 years agoHero+

- 2 years ago@puzzlezaddict I have clicked that link and it says I have an active ban since July 10 and I have not done anything, lol. I am trying to dispute it and the information is not loading.
