@Albmut16 EA Help does have a live chat option, but it can be difficult to find. Try this link:
Make sure you're already signed into an EA site (this one is fine) in the browser window before clicking the link.
@puzzlezaddict I have clicked that link and it says I have an active ban since July 10 and I have not done anything, lol. I am trying to dispute it and the information is not loading.
@itsmariabxch Try a different browser or device.
The ban appeals are handled by a separate TOS team though, and that team only corresponds by email. So you'll need to wait for a response rather than using live chat, at least in relation to the ban dispute.
