Hello, I am having the same issues. It was doing well for a couple of days, but I just had it crash again. I have cleared my online thumbnail cache and cleared out all my mods and CC. Except for the clothing that I have had for years, I can delete that if needed. I have tried updating my drivers. I have not installed Windows 11 24H2; I have heard it causes problems with the gaming, so I was wondering if that could be why the game keeps crashing. When the game does crash it says that it has reached a breakpoint if that's relevant.

@KaitlinClark Most of the errors in your dxdiag point to the Nvidia graphics driver, and an issue with the driver can also cause breakpoint errors. So please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, as described here:
If that doesn't help, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent Sims 4 crash, specifically after reinstalling the driver. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
