Sims 4 has issues with packs

Hi, I don't exactly know where to go, but I just bought the city living pack and both the EA app AND the game have trouble registering all my packs. I already had trouble downloading the city living pack, as it wouldn't download even when I clicked multiple times and closed/opened the app. Here is what happens

1. I open the EA app to check if my City Living pack is there, and it only shows that pack. My 2 other packs appear as if I never bought them (if it helps in any way, i only use the EA app and not origin)

2. I press to play TS4 in hopes that the pack is there, but the EA app pops up and tells me there is an account issue. (I only have this account, if that helps)

3. The sims runs with no issue after the message appears and goes away, except that the city living pack shows up as if I never bought it. My werewolves and vampires pack have no issue, however

4. I close the game and open the EA app to see that city living doesn't show up, while my 2 other packs do

I've done about everything I possibly could (app recovery, app restart, computer restart, etc.) and the issue has not resolved or changed at all

    Were all these expansions bought directly through Origin/the EA app? It sounds like you may have purchased them across two different EA accounts- please check your Order History on your account to verify that. If all your expansions aren't showing in your order history, that means they've been bought on different accounts.

    If you find that they were purchased on different accounts, the live support team can take a look into this with you and get everything merged together to one account instead so you can access and play all your expansions together- here on the forums we don't have access to your account details to make these account changes for you. Please reach out to live support by submitting a help request here. If you run into any issues contacting live support there, you can let me know!

    Were all these expansions bought directly through Origin/the EA app? It sounds like you may have purchased them across two different EA accounts- please check your Order History on your account to verify that. If all your expansions aren't showing in your order history, that means they've been bought on different accounts.

    If you find that they were purchased on different accounts, the live support team can take a look into this with you and get everything merged together to one account instead so you can access and play all your expansions together- here on the forums we don't have access to your account details to make these account changes for you.     This is embarassing, but I think I was too freaked out to see that I was logged in on another account this entire time ☹️. But thank you for the response! I have tried submitting a help request a couple days ago and couldn't for some reason, but I'll try again

    edit: I forgot to add this, but yes, I bought them on the EA app

    edit: I have submitted a help request, so now all that is left is to wait.
