Sims 4 has stopped working.

SOMEONE HELP ME! I bought the sims 4 two days ago and I installed it yesterday, for the first 2 hours it worked like a dream, it was so smooth and so fast. But suddenly a message popped up that shut down the program without me even saving it said: "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." After that I set the sims 4 back up and the same thing happened after 5-10 mins of playing. Every time I boot it up the same thing happens.

GIVE ME A SOLUTION SOMEONE- ANYONE!

Do you just have that graphic chip ? That is below minimum specs.

  • got an update this evening for the graphic's card. This update is available since May for windows  7, 8 & 8.1. Only updated this over an hour ago but I havn't had a crash yet. Given that it is a windows error there maybe some connection. The update definitely changed the resolutions settings. working so far (fingers etc. crossed)
