Sims 4 has stopped working

I am trying to launch the game since I've bought it yesterday. I am keep getting this messages:

IGOProxy64.exe has stopped working

and then right after:

Sims 4 has stopped working

What can I do to solve this issues and play the game?

    Hi @asafs7,

    Thanks for the dxdiag. I can see your system is not completely updated. Indeed, you have Windows 7 installed but not a very important update for it: Service Pack 1. Please, go to Windows Update and install all the available updates.

    After doing that, you will need to install drivers for your graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce 920M. You can download the most recent drivers available from NVIDIA's website here. Just double click on the file you downloaded to install them 😉

    Finally, try to open your game again. Does it work now?

    Hi @asafs7,

    Let's try to find the problem. 😉 Does the 'IGOProxy64.exe has stopped working' error message say something more?

    Could you please give us more technical information about your computer? A dxdiag would be very helpful. You can find instructions on how to get a dxdiag here, and you can attach it to your answer.

    I updated the graphic card. The game still not working.

    Were you able to update Windows as well? It's important for Origin and the game to work properly 🙂
