Sims 4: Horse Ranch not downloading

Has anyone found a solution to The Sims 4: Horse Ranch not downloading, and keep being stuck at "Preparing"? I've tried uninstalling The Sims 4, then installing it again as well as all the expansion packs in order. I've also tried uninstalling the EA app and installing it again, tried clean booting my PC and clearing cache but nothing seems to work. The only thing that's worked in the past when another expansion pack wouldn't download properly, was getting a refund and then buying it again, however I'm not eligible for a refund since I bought the game months ago. Any suggestions?

    Hi thanks for answering!

    It's not showing under order history at all, the last thing it says that I've purchased is Growing Together, however in the EA app it says that Horse Ranch is in my library

    Oh no I'm sorry, I just found Horse Ranch further back in my order history, and it says it's processing
